Elijah Insua enjoys solving complex problems by iterating through requirements and breaking them down into small, reusable pieces of functionality. He envisions a world where code is bug–free and components are no longer built but arranged to meet requirements. If Eli gets an error message while programming, he doesn’t get angry. Instead, he creates a track.

Eli left Arizona to join Arc in 2008. He enjoys the personal connections he is making in NYC. When he is not working, you can find Eli researching, gaming, coding, or falling off of his BMX bike.
